The FourGee-6150 is a TDD RF transceiver IC which operates in the 2.3-2.7GHz band.  The FourGee-6150 complements all three product-line baseband processors – LTE baseband, WiMAX baseband and XGP baseband, to offer a complete turn-key 4G solution.

Built in low cost CMOS process technology and based on a single conversion architecture, the FourGee-6150 delivers state of the art radio performance, ultra-low power consumption and minimal external component count.
