Algorithms Group Student

In this role, you will be part of the Algorithms Group, a multi-disciplinary group with vast knowledge in signal processing, machine learning, and parameter estimation. The group creates cellular modem solutions for 5G IoT chipsets, from theory to the practical applications of algorithms. Our solutions leverage dedicated hardware to deliver an exceptionally low-power modem with state-of-the-art performance.

Responsibilities

You will participate in the development of algorithmic solutions and signal processing programs and create and maintain Python simulations and tools for the extensive testing of algorithmic solutions in various scenarios.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering B.Sc./M.Sc student with at least 1.5 years remaining before the completion of your degree
  • Experience with Python and object-oriented programming
  • Team player and highly motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Signal processing knowledge and background in wireless communication–an advantage
