Costumer Program Manager

 Job Description:

  • Lead, coordinate, execute, track and deliver various customer projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create customer plan including project schedule, program milestones and deliverables definition
  • Work closely with customers to understand the project requirements and define the roles and responsibilities
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications.
  • Assess risks and bottlenecks along the project lifecycle, prioritize accordingly and reflect to management.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on product definition of the project and its business aspects.



  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Experience as a developer of networking solutions – advantage
  • Experience in customer facing roles & project management
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English
