DSP Team Leader for the 5G PHY group


We’re looking for a DSP Team Leader to join our 5G PHY group developing the physical layer for 5G IoT wireless communication.

As a Team Leader

  • You will manage DSP engineers, developing DSP software on a state-of-the-art baseband modem chipset for cutting-edge cellular communication technology
  • You will be responsible for the team’s execution, set targets, effectively allocate tasks, monitor progress and handle issues
  • You will be expected to show professional leadership, drive best practices, collaborate with peer teams, and lead processes of quality improvement within the team
  • You will take a prominent role in algorithmic, SW and HW architecture aspects


  • BSc or MSc in electrical or computer engineering/computer science from an established university
  • At least 5 years experience in Real Time Embedded DSP programming
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Strong background and skills in digital signal processing and fixed point design 
  • Experience in SW design and programming (familiarity with python, MATLAB and C)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and in writing)
  • Excellent engineering skills – problem solving, pragmatic approach, broad system view
  • Familiarity with DSP processors environment – advantage
  • Background in computers architecture – advantage
  • Background in wireless PHY communication and algorithms – advantage
