Software Developer–DNN Converter FE

Job description

In this role, you’ll be part of the Deep Learning Group, a multi-disciplinary group working across various SW and HW activities. You’ll take part in development of state-of-the-art computer vision AI technology for edge devices and Sony image-sensors and develop Scala applications and infrastructure for deep learning platforms and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality, mature, thoroughly-tested code
  • Develop software representations and models
  • Take part in the evolution of the development environment, infrastructure, and methodologies
  • Work closely with other SW teams

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent. A graduate degree in related fields is an advantage
  • A minimum of 3+ years industry experience in SW development
  • Proficiency in Python/Java, coding styles, design patterns, development environments, testing environments, build systems, and continuous integration
  • Proficiency in Scala/Kotlin is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including: graph theory, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented analysis and design
  • Familiarity with machine learning principles and algorithms is an advantage
  • Team player and highly motivated
